Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peran dan fungsi Public Relations dalam mewujudkan bentuk kepedulian Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RSUI) sebagai jasa layanan kesehatan yang dilakukan guna meningkatkan reputasi dan citra baik RSUI dimata pasien maupun masyarakat luas melalui program edukasi terkait asupan gizi seimbang yang diselenggarakan dengan memanfaatkan fitur IGLive pada akun @rs.ui. Pemilihan topik edukasi mengenai asupan gizi seimbang karena kurangnya informasi mengenai gizi seimbang yang bersumber dari Dokter Spesialis Gizi dengan informasi dan arahan yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui proses wawancara mendalam dengan pihak yang terlibat dengan kegiatan edukasi, yaitu pihak pelaksana kegiatan, narasumber kegiatan edukasi, dan audiens kegiatan edukasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini, peneliti mendapatkan temuan bahwa dalam menjalankan kegiatan edukasi, Divisi Humas dan Marketing RSUI menerapkan proses dan tahapan yang sesuai dengan konsep proses kerja Public Relations untuk menjalankan kegiatan edukasi melalui penggunaan media sosial Instagram pada akun @rs.ui dengan memanfaatkan fitur IGLive. This research is motivated by the role and function of Public Relations in realizing the form of concern of the University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) as a health service that is carried out to improve the reputation and good image of RSUI in the eyes of patients and the wider community through educational programs related to balanced nutritional intake which is held by utilizing the IGLive feature on the @rs.ui account. The selection of educational topics regarding balanced nutritional intake is due to the lack of information about balanced nutrition sourced from Nutrition Specialists with the right information and direction. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach with a data collection method through an in- depth interview process with parties involved in educational activities, namely the implementing party, educational activity resource persons, and educational activity audiences. From the results of this study, the researcher found that in carrying out educational activities, the Public Relations and Marketing Division of RSUI implemented processes and stages in accordance with the concept of the Public Relations work process to carry out educational activities through the use of Instagram social media on the @rs.ui account by utilizing the IGLive feature.
