Abstract

In the construction of this retail building project, the panel form formwork method was used using plywood and PVC board. The use of plywood in this project was fully used on the 6th, 6th mezzanine and 7th floors, then there was a change in formwork material using PVC board material from the 8th floor to the 17th floor. The material change was carried out in order to reduce the cost of formwork materials because the price of playwood was increasingly expensive. Apart from that, PVC board was chosen for this project as an innovation in environmentally friendly formwork materials. In preparing this final assignment, quantitative research methods were used. The data used in this research was obtained from secondary data and primary data. The results of this research analysis show that the cost of formwork for floor plate structures using the panel form method using plywood is Rp. 1,243,939,112,-. while with PVC board material it is IDR. 1,139,116,837,-. The two formwork materials have a cost difference of Rp. 104,822,275,- or 4.40% where plywood formwork costs more. The results of the quality analysis of the plywood formwork received a score of 85.71 while the PVC board formwork received a score of 71.43. The results of the cost and quality analysis of plywood formwork received a score of 90.66, while PVC board formwork received a score of 87.91. These results show that plywood formwork is better to use. Key words: retail building projects, plywood formwork, PVC board formwork, cost performance, quality performance. Dalam pembangunan proyek bangunan retail ini menggunakan metode bekisting panel form dengan bahan plywood dan juga PVC board. Penggunaan Plywood pada proyek ini digunakan sepenuhnya pada lantai 6, 6 mezzanine dan 7 baru kemudian ada pergantian material bekisting menggunakan bahan PVC board dari lantai 8 sampai lantai 17. Pergantian material dilakukan guna menekan biaya bahan bekisting karena harga playwood yang semakin mahal. Selain itu dipilihnya PVC board pada proyek ini juga sebagai inovasi bahan bekisting yang ramah terhadap lingkungan. Dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data-data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data sekunder dan data primer. Hasil dari analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan biaya pada pekerjaan bekisting struktur pelat lantai menggunakan metode panel form dangan bahan plywood sebesar Rp. 1.243.939.112,-. sedangkan dengan bahan PVC board sebesar Rp. 1.139.116.837,-. Kedua material bekisting tersebut memiliki selisih biaya sebesar Rp. 104.822.275,- atau 4,40% dimana bekisting plywood memiliki biaya lebih mahal. Hasil analisis mutu bekisting plywood mendapat nilai 85,71 sementara bekisting PVC board mendapat nilai 71,43. Hasil analisis biaya dan mutu bekisting plywood mendapat nilai 90,66 sedangkan bekisting PVC board mendapat nilai 87,91. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bekisting plywood lebih baik untuk digunakan.
