Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Maju Makmur Kencana. The method applied is the associative method. The population used in this research were all employees of PT. Maju Makmur Kencana. A total of 65 respondents were selected as samples using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The research results show that compensation, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Maju Makmur Kencana. The results of this research provide benefits for company management in efforts to improve employee performance through appropriate compensation strategies, consistent application of work discipline, and creating a supportive work environment.. Keywords: Compensation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Maju Makmur Kencana. Metode yang diterapkan adalah metode asosiatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan di PT. Maju Makmur Kencana. Sebanyak 65 responden dipilih sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Maju Makmur Kencana. Hail Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui strategi kompensasi yang tepat, penerapan disiplin kerja yang konsisten, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung.
