Abstract

Workplace design really depends on the type of work and the tools and facilities used to support the process. One of the workers in the Warehouse at Cahaya petshop experienced very heavy activities for his workers. Workplace design is one of the factors that can determine worker discomfort due to a lack of mechanical aids. In this study, taking samples using a questionnaire aimed at workers, there were 3 of them who had complaints showing the highest prevalence of MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders), namely on the back (100%) and neck (83%. This study aims to analyze the risks and levels of work by using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) AND Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method to make recommendations for improvements to workers. Proposed improvements to work posture at Cahaya Petshop are experiencing very high levels of work fatigue which requires immediate changes as quickly as possible. Of the 3 employees experiencing this almost (100%) change in work posture. To make the change, Cahaya Petshop must have tools in the form of a Hand Truck, in order to reduce the burden on employees. Keywords: working posture, Rapid Upper Limb Asessment (RULA), ) Rapid Entire Body Assesment (REBA) Ergonomics, Petshop, Nordic Body Map Warehouse Desain tempat kerja sangat bergantung terhadap jenis pekerjaan dan alat serta fasilitas yang digunakan untuk menunjang proses tersebut. Salah satu pekerja di Gudang di Cahaya petshop mendapatkan aktivitas yang sangat berat bagi pekerjanya. Design tempat kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menentukan ketidaknyamanan pekerja karena kurangnya alat bantu mekanis. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sample secara kuesioner yang di tujukan kepada pekerja ada 3 diantaranya yang mempunyai keluhan menunjukakan angka prevalensi MSDs ( Musculoskeletal Disorder) tertinggi yaitu pada punggung (100%) serta leher (83%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko dan tingkat pekerjaan dengan menggunakkan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) DAN Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) untuk melakukan usulan perbaikan terhadap pekerja. Usulan perbaikan postur kerja di Cahaya Petshop mengalami tingkat kelelahan kerja sangat tinggi yang membutuhkan segera mungkin perubahan secepat mungkin. Dari 3 orang karyawan mengalami hampir (100%) perubahan pada postur kerja. Untuk dilakukannya perubahan maka Cahaya Petshop harus mempunyai alat bantu berupa Hand Truck, agar mengurangi beban pada karyawan.
