Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pola jaringan komunikasi dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19 di kalangan warga Rumah Susun Kebon Kacang, Jakarta Pusat, periode 2022-2023, dengan fokus pada kader Dasawisma. Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Komunikasi Kelompok, untuk menganalisis pola komunikasi antar warga RSKK selama program vaksinasi berlangsung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan informan Anggota Dasawisma dan Warga RSKK. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi, display, dan verifikasi data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang terbentuk menunjukkan aliran informasi yang cukup baik melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Kepercayaan warga terhadap kader Dasawisma sangat tinggi, yang memperkuat penyebaran informasi. Hubungan yang erat dan pendekatan tatap muka terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi vaksinasi. Kerjasama antara kader Dasawisma dengan puskesmas, kelurahan, dan masyarakat setempat memperkuat jaringan komunikasi dan mengatasi hambatan yang ada. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pola jaringan komunikasi vaksinasi COVID-19 di RSKK sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran aktif kader Dasawisma. Mereka berperan sebagai penghubung utama antara informasi vaksinasi dan warga, memanfaatkan WhatsApp secara efektif. Kepercayaan warga dan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak menjadi kunci keberhasilan komunikasi. Pendekatan personal dan pemanfaatan teknologi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi vaksinasi di komunitas rumah susun. The research aims to describe the pattern of communication networks in the implementation of COVID-19 vaccination among residents of Kebon Kacang Flats, Central Jakarta, for the period 2022-2023, with a focus on Dasawisma cadres. The theory used is Group Communication Theory, to analyze the communication patterns between RSKK residents during the vaccination program. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with informants Dasawisma members and RSKK residents. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, display, and verification.The results showed that the communication patterns formed showed a fairly good flow of information through the WhatsApp application. Residents' trust in Dasawisma cadres is very high, which strengthens information dissemination. Close relationships and face-to-face approaches proved effective in increasing vaccination awareness and participation. Cooperation between Dasawisma cadres and puskesmas, kelurahan and local communities strengthens the communication network and overcomes barriers. The conclusion of this study is that the communication network pattern of COVID- 19 vaccination in RSKK is strongly influenced by the active role of Dasawisma cadres. They act as the main link between vaccination information and residents, utilizing WhatsApp effectively. Residents' trust and cooperation with various parties are the keys to successful communication. Personal approach and utilization of technology proved effective in increasing vaccine participation.
