Abstract

The study purpose to analyze the influence Tranformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Mediated on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction at PT. Fransari Tirta. Research Design : using a satuated sample with a total of 50 employees, the analysis was carried out quantitatively with he method of collecting questionnaires. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used an analytical method and Smart-PLS is used as an analytical tool. This study proves that Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Organizational Commitment has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job Satisfaction has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Commitment is able to partially mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tranformational Leadership Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Dimediasi Oleh Organizational Commitment dan Job Satisfaction pada PT, Fransari Tirta. Desain Pelitian : menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 50 karyawan, analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS 3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment. Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Job Satisfication. Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job Satisfication tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job satisfaction tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Organizational Commitment mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
