Abstract
This research is how the influence of organizational communication on teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication, work environment and work discipline on teacher performance. The sample in this study were 40 teachers, with the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that the influence of organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Organizational climate, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: The Effect of Organizational Communication, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance Penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 guru, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pengaruh komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Iklim organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
