Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Work Environment on PT Turnover Intention. Indonesia Tourism Care. The population analyzed in this research were all employees of PT Indonesia Tourism Care, totaling 38 employees. The sample used was 38 employees using the saturated sample method. The data analysis method uses IBM SPSS version 25. The variables in the research are independent, namely Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Work Environment and the dependent variable is Turnover Intention. The research results show that Job Satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention with a value of -0.880, Organizational Commitment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention with a value of -1.876, and the Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention with a value of -3.013. Keywords: Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Work Enviroment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention PT. Indonesia Tourism Care. Populasi yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Indonesia Tourism Care yang berjumlah 38 karyawan. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 38 karyawan dengan metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 25. Variabel dalam penelitian adalah independen yaitu Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja serta variabel dependennya Turnover Intention. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan nilai -0,880, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan nilai -1,876, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan nilai - 3,013. Kata Kunci: Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja
