Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload, work environment and motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were ASN employees of Grogol Petamburan District, West Jakarta, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling. Where all members of the population are sampled. The research method used is quantitative research and the statistical analysis method used is the SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) technique version 4.0, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The results of this research show that workload has no effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan Jakarta Barat yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif dan metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Teknik SEM Partial Least Square(PLS) versi 4.0, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai, dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai.
