Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan keterikatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial pada PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Cabang Puri Jakarta. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan keterikatan karyawan. Variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 39 karyawan. Pengukuran tanggapan responden terhadap kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Data yang telah terkumpul diuji konsistensi alat ukurnya melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determnasi, uji f dan uji t. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan keterikatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work discipline and employee attachment to employee performance partially on PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Cabang Puri Jakarta. Independent variables in this research are organizational culture, work discipline and employee engagement. Dependent variable is employee performance. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 39 employees. Measurement of responses of respondents to the questionnaire by using Likert scale. The collected data is tested for consistency of the measuring instrument through validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, f test and t test. Data analysis method is multiple linear regression test with SPSS version 21.Based on the results of the research indicate that partially organizational culture, work discipline and employee engagement have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
