Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan kerja, Disiplin kerja dan Turnover Intention terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada Pt. Adira Finance. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 152 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Lingkungan kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Turnover Intention berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pt. Adira Finance di Jakarta pusat. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji ketepatan model dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa.This research is to know the influence of Work environment, Work discipline and Turnover Intention on employee performance. The object of this research is employees who work on Pt. Adira Finance. This research was conducted on 152 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test.The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables Work environment, Work Discipline and Turnover Intention effect on employee performance Pt. Adira Finance in central Jakarta. This is evidenced from the results of model accuracy test and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of two independent variables that support the hypothesis.
