Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Dampaknya Bagi Kinerja Karyawan Studi Pada Karyawan Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan Republik Indonesia”. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah Struktural Equation Model (SEM) yang berbasis varian Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study entitled "The Effect of Compensation, Work Discipline and Its Impact For Employee Performance Studies At Employees of the Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia". The object of this research is the employees of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia. Population in this research counted 40 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method of this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) variant. The results of this study indicate that Compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, then Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
