Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The object of this research is PT. Reka Rumanda Agung Abadi. This research was conducted on 30 respondents by using descriptive approach quantitative. Therefore, the analysis of the data used was statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this research indicate that the partial and simultaneous variables of work motivation and work discipline influence on the performance of employees PT. Reka Rumanda Agung Abadi. This is evidenced from the results of model accuracy test (f test) and the results of the partial test (t test) also shows significant value of two independent variables that affect the dependent variable.
