Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of approval of the Final Technical Plan (RTA) Design, external coordination, internal coordination, labor on the completion of the Jakarta Cikampek Toll lane capacity increase project. This research method uses a quantitative approach with an expalanative design. The population in this study were the actors in the Jakarta Cikampek Toll Road Widening construction project, namely PT Jasa Marga personnel who were in charge of the widening project, PT Wijaya Karya as the work implementer, and PT Buana Archicon as the field supervisor consultant. The sample method used is non-probability sampling, a sampling technique using purposive sampling with a sample size of 80 respondents. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS program version 4.0.9.6. The results of this research show that the Final Engineering Plan Design (RTA) has a positive and significant effect on Project Completion, External Coordination has a positive and significant effect on Project Completion, Internal Coordination has a negative and significant effect on Project Completion, Labor has a positive and significant effect on Project Completion. Keywords : Final Engineering Plan Design (RTA), External Coordination, Internal Coordination, Manpower, Project Completion Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persetujuan Design Rencana Teknik Akhir (RTA), koordinasi eksternal, koordinasi internal, tenaga kerja terhadap penyelesaian proyek peningkatan kapasitas lajur Tol Jakarta Cikampek. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain ekpalanatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku pada proyek konstruksi Pelebaran Tol Jakarta Cikampek, yaitu personil PT Jasa Marga yang bertugas di proyek pelebaran, PT Wijaya Karya sebagai pelaksana pekerjaan, dan PT Buana Archicon sebagai konsultan pengawas lapangan. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah non probably sampling, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Metoda análisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.6. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Desain Rencana Teknik Akhir (RTA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penyelesaian Proyek, Koordinasi Eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penyelesaian Proyek, Koordinasi Internal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Penyelesaian Proyek, Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penyelesaian Proyek.
