Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of Psychological Well-being and Work Motivation on the organizational commitment of South Jakarta City BNN staff. This research is a type of quantitative research that refers to the opinions of experts such as Ryff and Mowday. The subjects in this research were 52 South Jakarta City BNN staff consisting of eradication, rehabilitation and general affairs. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form, data collection using the Psychological Well-Being measuring instrument with 28 items, work motivation with 20 items and organizational commitment with 14 items. Testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, the findings of this study explain that partially Psychological Well-Being has an effect on work motivation with an amount of 31.3%. Furthermore, work motivation influences organizational commitment by 43.2%. The research results show that a higher level of Psychological Well-Being and Work Motivation simultaneously has implications for increasing Organizational Commitment. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis on the variables Psychological well-being and work motivation, the calculation results show an R2 value of 63.5% for the level of Organizational Commitment. Meanwhile, 36.5% contribution came from other variables not studied. Keywords: Psychological Well-Being, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment and BNN South Jakarta City Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Psychological Well-being dan Motivasi kerja terhadap Komitmen organisai staf BNN Kota Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan mangacu pada pendapat para ahli seperti Ryff dan Mowday. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah para staf BNN Kota Jakarta Selatan sebanyak 52 orang yang terdiri dari bidang pemberantas, rehabilitas dan umum. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket lewat google form, pengumpulan data dengan bantuan alat ukur Psychological Well-Being 28 item, motivasi kerja 20 item dan komitmen organisasi 14 item. Pengujian dilakukan dengan analisa regresi linear berganda, temuan hasil pada penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa secara parsial Psychological Well-Being berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja dengan besaran 59,7%. Selanjutnya, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan besaran 57,1%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat Psychological Well-Being dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan berimplikasi pada meningkatnya Komitmen Organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda pada variabel Psychological well-being dan Motivasi kerja hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai R2 sebesar 63,5% terhadap tingkat Komitmen Organisasi. Sedangkan 45,7% kontribusi dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: Psychological Well-Being, Motivasi Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan BNN Kota Jakarta Selatan
