Abstract
Mobile applications nowadays are rapidly evolving and have simple access that has become embedded in people's daily lives. PT. Ameliore is a company engaged in IT consulting. The company's Human Resources department wants to ensure that their employees working in the office are present and perform their duties as expected by the organization. To address this, the author proposes An employee tracking application using Rating Scale as the methodology approach and Geographic Information System as the foundation to implement a mobile application system for recording employee attendance and performance at PT. Ameliore Analytic Solutions. Keyword: application, tracking, rating, performance Aplikasi mobile di masa kini terus berkembang pesat dan mempunyai akses yang sederhana yang telah tertanam dalam kehidupan masyarakat di kegiatan sehari-hari. PT. Ameliore adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang IT Consultant. Bidang SDM dari perusahaan tersebut ingin memastikan karyawannya yang bekerja di kantor hadir di tempat dan performansi kinerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh instansi tersebut. Untuk ini, penulis memproposikan pembuatan aplikasi pemantauan dan penilain kinerja menggunaakan metode Rating Scale sebagai metode penilaian kinerja dan Sistem Informasi Geografis sebagai pondasi untuk mengimplementasikan sistem aplikasi mobile pencatatan kehadiran dan penilaian kinerja karyawan di PT.
