Abstract

A project is a series of activities that are completed in a limited time that uses certain resources with the desire to get the best results in a predetermined time. The success of a construction project is influenced by its resources. The most important project resource is “man, materials, machine, money and method”. The success of any work in a construction project is a determination of the success of the project and labor productivity is a factor that affects the success of the work. A factor determining the success of the project is the labor required to work effectively and produce the same volume of work with the existing job description. This study was conducted to determine the factors that affect labor productivity in the work pembesian column Living World Grand Tour project. The thing that is studied is the labor of pembesian column. This study was conducted by collecting primary data and secondary data. Primary Data is information that comes directly from the workforce, such as questionnaire results. While the secondary data is data obtained from the project Agency as a support in the research. Based on the results of research conducted, it is known that the value of labor productivity in the work of the Living World Grand Wisata project has an average productivity of 88.51%. There are 8 variables that have been determined to have a significance of 0.001 < 0.05, then simultaneously have the expected influence on the level of productivity. Partially variables have an influence on productivity because GIS is greater, and factors that affect productivity is the age variable. Keywords: LUR, variable, productivity, factor Proyek merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang diselesaikan didalam waktu yang ada batasnya yang mempergunakan sumber daya tertentu dengan keinginan mendapatkan hasil terbaik diwaktu yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Keberhasilan proyek konstruksi dipengaruhi oleh sumber dayanya. Sumber daya proyek yang paling penting adalah “man, materials, machine, money and method”. Keberhasilan setiap pekerjaan didalam proyek konstruksi sangatlah menjadi penentuan berhasilnya proyek serta produktivitas ketenaga kerjaan merupakan suatu faktor yang mempengaruhi berhasilnya kerjaa. Suatu faktor menentukan keberhasilan proyek adalah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan untuk bekerja secara efektif dan membuahkan volume kerja yang sama bersama job description yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pembesian kolom proyek Living World Grand Wisata. Adapun hal yang diteliti yaitu tenaga kerja pekerjaan pembesian kolom. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer adalah informasi yang datang langsung dari tenaga kerja, seperti hasil kuesioner. Sedangkan data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh dari instansi proyek sebagai pendukung dalam penelitian. Bersadarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pembesian proyek Living World Grand Wisata memiliki rata-rata produktivitas sebesar 88,51%. Terdapat 8 variabel yang sudah ditentukan memiliki signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 , maka secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terharap besarnya tingkat produktivitas. Secara parsial variabel memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas karena sig lebih besar, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas adalah variabel usia.
