Abstract
Purchasing decisions are a series of activities between producers and consumers, until consumers decide to buy a product or service. Purchasing decisions are inseparable from the nature of a consumer in buying a product so that each consumer has different habits in making purchases. The number of competitors makes the company maintain the existence of its products compared to other companies by maintaining consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions of Bubble Drink Hop-Hop in the Lippo Mall Puri area, West Jakarta. The object of this research is people who have been interested in or have bought Bubble Drink Hop-Hop at Puri Indah Mall, West Jakarta. The sample size was determined using the hair formula because the population size was not known with certainty with a total of 160 respondents. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart- PLS analysis tool with data sources obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents who consume Bubble Drink Hop-Hop at Lippo Mall Puri, West Jakarta. This study proves that brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and product quality does not have a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions. Keputusan pembelian merupakan bentuk rangkaian aktivitas antara produsen dengan konsumen, sampai konsumen memutuskan untuk membeli suatu produk atau jasa. Keputusan pembelian tidak terpisahkan dari bagaimana sifat seorang konsumen dalam membeli produk sehingga masing-masing konsumen memiliki kebiasaan yang berbeda dalam melakukan pembelian. Banyaknya pesaing menjadikan perusahaan tetap menjaga eksistensi produknya dibandingkan perusahaan lain dengan cara mempertahankan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Bubble Drink Hop-Hop wilayah Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta Barat. Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah tertarik atau pernah membeli Bubble Drink Hop-Hop di Puri Indah Mall, Jakarta Barat. Penentuan ukuran sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Hair digunakan karena ukuran populasi yang belum diketahui pasti dengan total responden yang peneliti peroleh sebanyak 160 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS dengan sumber data yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang disebar kepada responden yang mengkonsumsi Bubble Drink Hop-Hop di Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan kualitas produk berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
