Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Schneider Electric Cikarang, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Schneider Electric Cikarang, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Schneider Electric Cikarang dan pengaruh motivasi disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Schneider Electric Cikarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 645 karyawan, dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif statistik. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of the employees of PT. Schneider Electric Cikarang, the effect of work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Schneider Electric Cikarang, the influence of the work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. Schneider Electric Cikarang and the influence of work discipline motivation, and work environment simultaneously on the performance of the employees of PT. Schneider Electric Cikarang. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research design. The population in this study were 645 employees, with a sample used by 100 respondents. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The method of data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study prove that motivation, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on employee performance.
