Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Swadharma Griyasatya Jakarta. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Swadharma Griyasatya Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi dengan jumlah 75 karyawan PT Swadharma Griyasatya Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Swadharma Griyasatya Jakarta. This study was to determine the effect of motivation, discipline and work environment on the employee performance of PT Swadharma Griyastaya Jakarta. The subject of this research are all employees who work at PT Swadharma Griyastaya Jakarta. The population in this study were 75 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population with a total of 75 employees of PT Swadharma Griyastaya Jakarta. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Swadharma Griyastaya Jakarta.
