Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality, and attractiveness on the decision to revisit the National Museum - Central Jakarta. The population in this study are consumers who have visited or know the National Museum. The sample used in this study was 150. The sampling method used in this study was a purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire and data processing was carried out using the SEM-PLS analysis technique using the SmartPLS software. The results of this study found that price has a significant effect on the decision to visit the National Museum, service quality has a significant effect on the decision to visit the National Museum, attractiveness has a significant effect on the decision to visit the National Museum. Keywords: Price, Serivice quality, Attractiveness, Decision to Visit Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Layanan,dan Daya Tarik Terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Ulang pada Museum Nasional – Jakarta Pusat. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang pernah berkunjung atau mengetahui Museum Nasional. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel sumber data dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan olah data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini mendapati bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Museum Nasional, kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Museum Nasional, daya tarik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Museum Nasional.
