Abstract
This research aims to analyze the stormwater runoff management system by applying the Zero Run Off method in the Cikini office building area, in Central Jakarta. The Zero RunOff approach is a sustainable approach that aims to manage stormwater runoff at its source by reducing the amount of surface runoff into public sewers. This study involved collecting rainfall-runoff data, characterizing the site, and assessing the potential application of the zero-runoff method. This study provides recommendations on the planning and implementation of the Zero Run Off approach for stormwater management in offices and cities. These recommendations are expected to serve as guidelines for local governments and developers to address the challenges of managing stormwater runoff in growing urban areas. Therefore, efforts to reduce flood risks and negative environmental impacts can be achieved through sustainable approaches such as the Zero Run Off approach. The results of the analysis show that the planning of the Cikini office building area takes a 5-year return period and has a runoff discharge of 0.5069 m3 /second. By applying the Zero run-off approach through the design of 6 retention or infiltration ponds and 4 long soak ponds, a more sustainable solution can be created to manage rain runoff in the area. Keywords: Rainfall-runoff management, Zero Run Off, office buildings, retention ponds Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sistem pengelolaan limpasan air hujan dengan menerapkan metode Zero Run Off di kawasan gedung perkantoran Cikini, Jakarta Pusat. Pendekatan Zero Run Off adalah pendekatan berkelanjutan yang bertujuan untuk mengelola limpasan air hujan di sumbernya dengan mengurangi jumlah limpasan permukaan ke saluran pembuangan umum. Studi ini melibatkan pengumpulan data curah hujan limpasan, karakteristik lokasi, dan mengkaji potensi penerapan metode Zero Run Off. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi mengenai perencanaan dan penerapan pendekatan Zero Run Off untuk pengelolaan air hujan di perkantoran dan perkotaan. Rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pedoman bagi pemerintah daerah dan pengembang untuk mengatasi tantangan pengelolaan limpasan air hujan di daerah perkotaan yang terus berkembang. Oleh karena itu, upaya untuk mengurangi risiko banjir dan dampak negatif lingkungan dapat dicapai melalui pendekatan berkelanjutan seperti pendekatan Zero Run Off. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kawasan gedung perkantoran Cikini mengambil kala ulang 5 tahun dan memiliki debit limpasan sebesar 0,5069 m3 /detik. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan Zero Run Off melalui desain kolam retensi atau resapan sebanyak 6 buah dan long soak pond sebanyak 4 buah, dapat diciptakan solusi yang lebih berkelanjutan untuk mengelola limpasan hujan di kawasan tersebut.
