Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation,work discipline and communication on employee performance. The object of this research is employees who work at PT Bank Dbs Indonesia. The population in this study were 61 employees at PT Bank Dbs Indonesia. The samples used were 61 employees of PT Bank Dbs Indonesia. The sampling method uses saturated sampling where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). Research proves that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work disciplince has positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline. Communication, and Employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada tenaga pemasaran deposito yang bekerja di PT Bank Dbs Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 61 karyawan di PT Bank Dbs Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 61 karyawan PT Bank Dbs Indonesia. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
