Abstract
This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of profitability, capital structure and future disclosure of information on investment risk. The population used in this research is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2018. The sample selection used the random sampling method, and obtained 117 samples. The variables of profitability, capital structure, disclosure of future information refer to the elements of Integrated Reporting (2013) as an independent variable, and investment risk as the dependent variable. The data is collected from the bank's annual reports and share prices obtained from the website. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that profitability and capital structure had no effect on investment risk. Disclosure of future information affects investment risk and has a negative relationship. It happens that disclosure of the future can significantly reduce investment risk. Keywords: investment risk, profitability, capital structure, and forward-looking information Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal dan pengungkapan informasi masa depan terhadap risiko investasi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penellitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2018. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling, dan diperoleh sebanyak 117 sampel. Variabel profitabilitas, struktur modal, pengungkapan informasi masa depan mengacu pada unsur Integrated Reporting (2013) sebagai variabel independen, dan risiko investasi sebagai variabel dependen. Data dikumpulkan dari laporan tahunan bank dan harga saham yang diperoleh dari website. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa profitabiitas dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap risiko investasi. Pengungkapan informasi masa depan berpengaruh negatif terhadap risiko investasi. Hal ini bermakna bahwa pengungkapan masa depan secara signifikan dapat menurunkan risiko investasi. Kata kunci: risiko investasi, profitabilitas, struktur modal, dan pengungkapan informasi masa depan
