Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of salary satisfaction, quality of work life and self-efficacy on employee work engagement. The object of this research is employees who work at PT Dana Insan Kreasi Andalan. The population in this study were 1437 employees at PT Dana Insan Kreasi Andalan. The sample used was 94 employees of PT Dana Insan Kreasi Andalan. The sampling method was carried out by using probability sampling, namely simple random sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). Research proves that salary satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work engagement which is addressed from the Path coefficients value of 0.410 and a T statistic value of 2.879 and a P value below 0.05, the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee work engagement which is addressed from the Path value. coefficients 0.421 and T statistic 3.713 and P value below 0.05, Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee work engagement which is addressed from the Path coefficients value of 0.174 and a statistical T value of 2.879 and a P value below 0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan gaji, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan efikasi diri terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan . Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Dana Insan Kreasi Andalan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1437 karyawan di PT Dana Insan Kreasi Andalan. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 94 karyawan PT Dana Insan Kreasi Andalan. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan Kepuasan gaji memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan yang ditujukan dari nilai Path coefficients 0,410 dan nilai T statistic 2,879 serta P value dibawah 0,05, Kualitas kehidupan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan yang ditujukan dari nilai Path coefficients 0,421 dan T statistic 3,713 serta P value dibawah 0,05, Efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan yang ditujukan dari nilai Path coefficients0,174 dan nilai T statistic 2,879 serta P value dibawah 0,05.
