Abstract
Safe behavior is behavior that does not cause accidents or incidents, where a person maintains the safety of his work environment by complying with safety procedures and using personal protective equipment. This study aims to find out how the condition of implementing safety behavior on occupational health and safety in the Bonded and Logistic Services division of PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk, To find out what factors violate the implementation of safety behavior that cause work accidents related to occupational safety and health in the Bonded and Logistic Services division of PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk, To find out what obstacles are experienced in implementing safety behavior towards occupational safety and health in the Bonded and Logistic Services division of PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk, To create and analyze how the correct safety behavior implementation concept model for occupational safety and health in the Bonded and Logistic Services division of PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk. The results of this study are in the form of answers to existing problem formulations such as regarding the condition of implementing safety behavior on occupational health and safety, where at PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk especially the Bonded and Logistic Services divisions are guided by a guideline rule, the rule is named "HSE Manual", factors for violations of safety behavior such as working not in accordance with guidelines/procedures, lack of awareness and not focusing on work, not checking on tools or equipment in accordance with the guidelines cause work accidents, obstacles in the implementation of safety behavior such as working in a hurry due to pursuing TAT which must be achieved immediately, do not understand safety behavior guidelines properly, work deadlines so employees often forget safety and safety regulations as well as Turnover and working time deadlines must be completed immediately and in the form of new strategies/concepts from the guidelines for rules regarding safety behavior and Occupational Health and Safety in the Bonded and Logistic Services division of PT. Perilaku aman (safety behaviour) adalah perilaku yang tidak menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan atau insiden., dimana seseorang seorang mempertahankan keamanan lingkungan kerjanya dengan cara mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan pemakaian alat perlindungan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi implementasi safety behaviour terhadap Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada divisi Bonded dan Logistic Services PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk, Untuk mengetahui faktor-Faktor pelanggaran implementasi safety behaviour apa saja yang menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja terkait keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada divisi Bonded dan Logistic Services PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk, Untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang dialami dalam implementasi safety behaviour terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada divisi Bonded dan Logistic Services PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk, Untuk membuat dan menganalisis bagaimana model konsep implementasi safety behaviour yang benar terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada divisi Bonded dan Logistic Services PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk. Hasil penelitian ini berupa jawaban-jawaban dari rumusan masalah yang ada seperti mengenai Kondisi implementasi safety behaviour terhadap Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, dimana di PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk khususnya divisi Bonded dan Logistic Services dipedomanin oleh sebuah aturan pedoman, aturan tersebut Bernama “HSE Manual”, faktor-faktor pelanggaran safety behaviour seperti bekerja tidak sesuai dengan pedoman/prosedur, kurangnya awareness dan tidak fokus dalam bekerja,tidak melakukan pemeriksa terhadap tools atau equipment sesuai dengan pedoman menjadi penyebab kecelakaan kerja, hambatan-hambatan dalam implementasi safety behaviour seperti bekerja yang terburu-buru karena mengejar TAT yang harus segera dicapai, belum memahami pedoman perilaku safety dengan baik, deadline pekerjaan sehingga karyawan sering melupakan peraturan keselamatan dan safety serta Turnover dan deadline waktu kerja harus segera selesai serta berupa strategi/konsep baru dari pedoman aturan mengenai safety behaviour dan Kesehatan keselamatan kerja yang ada pada divisi Bonded dan Logistic Services PT.
