Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the intention model using the Tije mobile application for Transjakarta users. In several previous studies, it was found that attitudes mediate perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, and social influence on intention to use. The subjects in this study were transjakarta users who used the Tije mobile application. The sample selection in this study was based on Krejcie Morgan so that a total sample of 384 people was obtained. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 384 respondents. Testing the research hypothesis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The variables used in this study are perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, social influence, and attitudes. Testing the data in this study using the Measurement Model Test (Outer Model) and Structural Model Test (Inner Model). The results showed that independently, the variables perceived convenience, perceived usefulness and social influence had a positive influence on the intention to use the Tije mobile application. Attitude variable also has a positive and significant influence on intention to use. The third independent variable mediated by attitude also has a positive and significant influence. Keywords: Perception of Convenience, Perception of Use, Social Influence, Attitude, Intention to Us Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Model niat menggunakan aplikasi mobile tije pada pengguna transjakarta. Pada beberapa penelitian terdahulu, ditemukan bahwa sikap memediasi persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kegunaan, social influence terhadap niat untuk menggunakan. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna transjakarta yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile Tije. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan Krejcie Morgan sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 384 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 384 responden. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Adapun variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kegunaan, social influence, dan sikap. Pengujian data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Model Pengukuran (Outer Model) dan Uji Model Struktural (Inner Model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara independen, variabel persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kegunaan dan social influence memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk menggunakan aplikasi mobile Tije. Variabel sikap juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk menggunakan. Ketiga variabel independen dengan dimediasi oleh sikap juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan.
