Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the executive of leadership gender diversity, institutional ownership, and disclosure of corporate social responsibility on corporate values. The population of research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) with a research period from 2017 to 2019. The data were intentionally collected by purposive sampling method. Based on these criteria, as many as 24 companies were selected as samples in this study with 72 data. Data analysis method using descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis using Eviews software version 10. Experimental results show that gender diversity in executives has a significant positive effect on company value. Institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on the value of the firm. Disclosure of information on corporate social responsibility has a significant negative effect on the value of the firm. Keywords: Executive gender diversity, institutional ownership, corporate social responsibility, firm valu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh executive gender diversity, kepemilikan institusional dan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan periode penelitian antara tahun 2017-2019. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut maka sebanyak 24 perusahaan terpilih sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan 72 data. Metode analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi data panel dengan software Eviews versi 10. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa executive gender diversity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
