Abstract
During work from home, the demand for wifi installation in each house has increased. This has led to an increasing demand for sales orders, which has resulted in the workload of APP's staff increasing since WFH. This study aims to analyze the workload experienced by APP staff at PT. Cyberindo Aditama since the increase (SO) of sales orders for wifi installation and provide solutions in the form of recommendations to reduce the workload. The method used in this research is using NASA-TLX. The research method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires and by using TLX to calculate the workload. The conclusion of this study is to calculate the average NASA-TLX score and make suggestions for improvements to reduce the workload. Keywords: Work from Home, APP, SO Selama work from home, permintaan pemasangan wifi di tiap rumah mengalami kenaikaan. Hal ini menimbulkan permintaan sales order semakin meningkat juga yang berakibat load kerja staff APP semakin banyak sejak WFH. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja yang dialami staff APP di PT Cyberindo Aditama sejak peningkatan (SO) sales order pemasangan wifi dan memberi solusi berupa rekomendasi untuk mengurangi beban kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan NASA-TLX. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah bersifat kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuisioner dan dengan memakai NASA-TLX untuk menghitung beban kerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah menghitung skor rata-rata NASA TLX dan membuat usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi beban kerja. Kata Kunci : Work from Home, APP, SO
