Abstract
This research aims to know about increase effective implementation of system management maintenance of shutdown maintenance and also ISMO as a comparison on metal working machine. The Machine as a research object is Lathe machine, Shaping, Radial drill machine, and bandsaw. This Analysis using percentage analysis with ask for opinion to workshop team, perform comparative analysis using Uji T, also using downtime analysis, availability, and then MTTR & MTBF on the machine. The results of research is implementation of system management maintenance of ISMO was show positive result to perform of metal working machine, compared to implemented of system management maintenance of shutdown maintenance. Keyword: effective, shutdown maintenance, ismo, and metal working machine Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas penerapan sistem manajemen pemeliharaan shutdown maintenance dan juga ISMO sebagai pembanding pada mesin metal working. Mesin yang jadi objek penelitian terdapat mesin bubut, mesin shaping, mesin radial drill, dan bandsaw. Analisis ini menggunakan analisa prosentase dengan meminta pendapat kepada personil workshop, melakukan analisa perbandingan efektivitas menggunakan Uji T, serta menggunakan analisa downtime, availability, dan juga MTTR & MTBF pada mesin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen pemeliharaan mesin menggunakan ISMO menunjukan hasil yang baik terhadap performa mesin berbasis metal working dibandingkan pada saat penerapan sistem manajamen shutdown maintenance. Kata kunci: efektivitas, shutdown maintenance, ismo, dan mesin metal working.
