Abstract
The concept of full service is a flight that prioritizes full service to passengers both in terms of comfort to safety, quality consumption services, inflight entertainment, luggage capacity, and other services. GA airlines implement full service that prioritizes its customers in full. Pt. Aero Indonesia is required and required to always be optimally effective and efficient in carrying out maintenance to GA airlines that have entrusted the maintenance of its aircraft fleet to PT. Aero Indonesia is special in inflight entertainment maintenance. In the process of inflight entertainment maintenance at the time of aircraft before departure there is still a first departure delay caused by inflight entertainment devices that require repair time that causes losses for the airline that must provide compensation. In this study, Define-Mesure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methods will be used to improve the process before departure check on cabin maintenance services work units in PT. Aero Indonesia.THE average result of DPMO in the inflight entertaintment before departure check process was 635,526 of the number of flights with a yield or probability value without problems of 99.75%. With average level sigma inflight entertaintment before departure check at PT. Aero Indonesia based on data before departure and delay inflight entertainment period March 2019 - February 2020 is 4.72. After analysis using DMAIC and FMEA methods, the proposed improvements can be given to cabin maintenance services unit pt. Aero Indonesia to solve the problem of system controller faillure that occurs is by creating Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) in the implementation of inflight entertainment before departure check and apply preventive maintenance on inflight entertainment devices to reduce the occurrence of software corrupt so that delay inflight entertainment before departure check due to system controller faillure. Keyword : Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, FMEA Konsep full service adalah penerbangan yang mengutamakan pelayanan penuh kepada penumpang baik dari segi kenyamanan hingga keamanan, pelayanan konsumsi yang berkualitas, inflight entertainment, kapasitas bagasi, serta pelayanan-pelayanan lainnya. Maskapai GA menerapkan pelayanan full service yang memprioritaskan pelanggannya secara penuh. PT. Aero Indonesia diharuskan dan dituntut agar selalu optimal efektif dan efisien dalam melakukan perawatan terhadap maskapai GA yang telah mempercayakan perawatan armada pesawatnya kepada PT. Aero Indonesia khsusnya di perawatan inflight entertainment. Dalam proses perawatan inflight entertainment pada saat pesawat before departure masih terdapat first departure delay yang diakibatkan oleh perangkat inflight entertainment yang membutuhkan waktu perbaikan sehingga menyebabkan kerugian bagi pihak maskapai yang harus memberikan kompensasi. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Define-Mesure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) dan Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) untuk memperbaiki proses before departure check pada unit kerja cabin maintenance services di PT. Aero Indonesia.hasil rata-rata DPMO dalam proses inflight entertaintment before departure check adalah 635,526 dari jumlah penerbangan dengan nilai yield atau probabilitas tanpa masalahnya sebesar 99,75%. Dengan rata-rata level sigma inflight entertaintment before departure check di PT. Aero Indonesia berdasarkan data before departure dan delay inflight entertainment periode Maret 2019 - Februari 2020 adalah sebesar 4,72. Setelah dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode DMAIC dan FMEA maka usulan perbaikan yang dapat diberikan kepada unit Cabin Maintenance Services PT. Aero Indonesia untuk mengatasi permasalahan system controller faillure yang terjadi adalah dengan pembuatan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam pelaksanaan inflight entertainment before departure check dan memberlakukan preventive maintenance pada perangkat inflight entertainment untuk mengurangi terjadinya software corrupt sehingga delay inflight entertainment before departure check akibat system controller faillure.
