Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, independent commissioners and the board of directors on stock prices. The phenomenon of this research is CNBC Indonesia (2020) where foreign industrial companies experience a very drastic decline in stock prices, including Indonesia, even worse than the economic crisis (2008). The objects of this research are food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The data used is secondary data based on the financial statements of each company. The sample used in this research is 23 sample companies with a period of 5 years from 2017-2021 and the analytical method used is descriptive data, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Partially the current ratio, return on assets, debt to equity ratio and independent commissioners have an effect on stock prices, but the board of directors have no effect on stock prices. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset, komisaris independen dan dewan direksi terhadap harga saham. Fenomena penelitian ini adalah CNBC Indonesia (2020) dimana perusahaan-perusahaan industri luar negri mengalami penurunan harga saham yang sangat drastis termasuk Indonesia. Bahkan lebih parah dibandingkan krisis ekonomi (2008). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang tercatat dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berdasarkan laporan keuangan masing-masing perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam peneliti ini adalah 23 sampel perusahaan dengan jangka waktu 5 tahun dari 2017-2021 dan metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu data deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Secara parsial current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio dan komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, namun dewan direksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.
