Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, job training, and job stress on the performance of employees of Ultra Karya Bersama Inc. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of Ultra Karya Bersama Inc in Tangerang amount 50 people. The sample of this research is 50 people using census technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is distributed to employees. The data analysis method uses structural equation modeling. The results showed that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Job training variables also have a positive effect on employee performance. Other results indicate that job stress has a positive effect on the performance of employees of Ultra Karya Bersama Inc in Tangerang. Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Training, Job Stress, Employee Performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, pelatihan kerja, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ultra Karya Bersama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Ultra Karya Bersama Tangerang berjumlah 50 orang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang menggunakan teknik sensus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan media kuesioner yang disebar kepada karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan structural equation modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel pelatihan kerja juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ultra Karya Bersama Tangerang.
