Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work life balance, compensation and employee engagement on employee performance at PT. Sarindo Sweet Tower. The research was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires and the research population came from employees of PT. Menara Manis Sarindo with a population of 40 employees. The analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that work life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh work life balance, kompensasi dan keterikatan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Menara Manis Sarindo. Penelitian dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan populasi penelitian berasal dari karyawan PT. Menara Manis Sarindo dengan jumlah populasi 40 karyawan. Metode analisis menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keterikatan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Work Life Balance, Kompensasi, Keterikatan Pegawai, Kinerja Pegawai
