Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of Discipline, Work Productivity and Workload on Employee Performance Allowances at the Administrative Subdivision of the Directorate of Teachers and Education Personnel for Basic Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbud) Jakarta. The research was conducted to 50 staff as respondents with saturated technique sampling uses. The data analysis used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS analysis (Partial Least Square) version 3.0. The results of this research indicate that discipline, work productivity, and workload have a positive and significant impact on employee performance allowances at the Administrative Subdivision of the Directorate of Teachers and Education Personnel for Basic Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbud) Jakarta. Keywords: Discipline, Work Productivity, Workload, Performance Allowance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kedisiplinan, Produktivitas Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Tunjangan Kinerja Pegawai pada Subbagian Tata Usaha Direktorat Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Dasar Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia (Kemendikbud) Jakarta. Teknik sample jenuh digunakan pada 50 orang pegawai sebagai responden yang diteliti. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan analisis SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan, produktivitas kerja, dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tunjangan kinerja pegawai pada pada Subbagian Tata Usaha Direktorat Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Dasar Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia (Kemendikbud) Jakarta.
