Abstract
Investments are made with the aim of obtaining profits as expected. Therefore, to achieve these goals the company must increase the value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios represented by Earning per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method and obtained 12 companies as research samples. Methods of data analysis using the regression test. The results showed that Earning per Share (EPS) and Return On Equity (ROE) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Investors are expected to pay attention to Earning per Share and Return On Equity before investing. Keywords: Company Value, Shares, Stock Price, Earning per Share, Return On Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio Investasi dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut perusahaan harus meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan yang di wakili oleh Earning per Share, Return on Equity, dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap harga saham.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Purposive Sampling dan diperoleh 12 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Earning per Share dan Return On Equity, secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Bagi para investor diharapkan memperhatikan Earning per Share, dan Return On Equity, sebelum berinvestasi.
