Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, career development and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted on 120 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The maethod of collecting data in this research is by conducting a survey directly on the research object, namely workers at PT. Bakrie Pangripta Loka. The data collection instrument was carried out by giving questionnaires. A questionnaire is a data collection instrument that is carried out by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents to answer. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study showed that compensation has a positive and signficant effect on employee performance. Career development has a significant positive and significant effect on employee performance. And Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Compensation, Career Development, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan terhadap 120 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan survei secara langsung pada obyek penelitian yaitu pekerja di PT. Bakrie Pangripta Loka. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi kuisieoner. Kuisieoner merupakan instrumen pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi seperangkat pertanyaan atau pernyataan tertulis kepada responden untuk dijawabnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
