Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and company size on company reputation. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data sources obtained from downloading the financial reports of manufacturing companies in the consumer and goods industry sector for 2015-2019 at www.idx.co.id. The population in this study were all automotive and component manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2019. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The samples obtained were 16 companies. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests using the SPSS 22 application program. The results of this study indicate CSR no effects the company's reputation. Meanwhile, jointly that audit committee , manajerial share ownership, and company size have affect on the company's reputation. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (T test) in this study. Keywords: good corporate governance, coporate social responsibility, company size and company reputation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh good corporate governance, Corporate social responsibility dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap reputasi perusahaan . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari mengunduh laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang dan konsumsi tahun 2015-2019 di www.idx.co.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor Otomotif dan Kompone yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015 -2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa CSR tidak berpengaruh terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama Komite Audit, Kepemilikan saham Manajerial, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap reputasi perusahaan.Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan uji parsial (uji T) dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : good corporate governance, coporate social resposibilty, ukuran perusahaan dan reputasi perusahaan.
