Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect of return on asset, debt to equity ratio, and institutional ownership on firm value. The population in this study is manufacturing companies sub sector food and beverages are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017 – 2019 period. Based on the purposive sampling method there are 39 final samples from this study. The analytical method used is statistical analysis in the form of mutiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that Return on Asset (ROA) does not have an effect on Firm Value, whereas Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Institutional Ownership have an effect on Firm Value. Keywords: Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Institutional Ownership, and Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017 – 2019. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling terdapat 39 sampel akhir dari penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci: Return On Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Nilai Perusahaan.
