Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Productivity at PT.MIDI UTAMA INDONESIA Tbk Head Office Alam Sutra. Respondents in this study were employees of PT.MIDI UTAMA INDONESIA Tbk Head Office Alam Sutera. This research was conducted on 112 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of this study prove that the population is simple random sampling 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT.MIDI. UTAMA INDONESIA Tbk Head Office Alam Sutera Keywords: Compensation, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Productivity, PT.MIDI UTAMA INDONESIA Tbk Head Office Alam Sutera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan di PT.MIDI UTAMA INDONESIA Tbk Head Office Alam Sutra, Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.MIDI UTAMA INDONESIA Tbk Head Office Alam Sutera. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 112 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa populasi simple random sampling 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas karyawan, 2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas karyawan, 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas karyawan di PT.MIDI UTAMA INDONESIA Tbk Head Office Alam Sutera Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Produktivitas Karyawan, PT.MIDI UTAMA INDONESIA Tbk Head Office Alam Sutera.
