Abstract
3rd (Third) Elemet Hotel & MICE Building is commercial building area that consists of mixed building functions between hotels with a 4 (four) grade classification and MICE (Exibition & Convention) located on the border between the cities of Cibubur and Depok. 3rd (Third) Elemet Hotel & MICE Building itself has a function as a commercial building integrated with the T.O.D system, the building is connected to the LRT station in the Cibubur area. With the integration of the 3rd (Third) Elemet Hotel & MICE Building on the T.O.D system, the building has a relationship with pedestrian and public transportation access, so that the building is expected to be enjoyed by the wider community not only as a Hotel and MICE building, but also as a means of supporting public transportation so that the general public prefers public transportation over private vehicles. Keywords : T.O.D, Hotel, MICE, Mixed Use 3rd (Third) Elemet Hotel & MICE Building adalah kawasan bangunan komersil yang terdiri dari fungsi bangunan campuran (Mixed Use) antara Hotel dengan klasifikasi bintang 4 (empat) dan MICE (Exibition & Convention) yang berada di perbatasan antara kota Cibubur dan Depok. 3rd (Third) Elemet Hotel & MICE Building sendiri memiliki fungsi sebagai bangunan komersil yang terintegrasi dengan sistem T.O.D, pada bangunan tersebut terkoneksi dengan stasiun LRT di kawasan Cibubur. Dengan terintegrasinya 3rd (Third) Elemet Hotel & MICE Building terhadap sistem T.O.D menjadikan bangunan tersebut memiliki hubungan dengan akses pejalan kaki dan kendaraan umum, sehingga di harapkan bangunan tersebut bisa lebih dinikmati oleh kalangan luas bukan hanya sebagai bangunan Hotel dan MICE saja, namun juga sebagai sebuah sarana penunjang transportasi umum agar masyarakat umum lebih memilih transportasi publik di banding kendaraan pribadi. Kata kunci : T.O.D, Hotel, MICE, Mixed Use.
