Abstract

This study is to analyze the effects of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and compensation on employee turnover intention. This research was conducted by using a quantitative, causal approach. The population of this research are 50 employees at Production Department PT Mecosin Indonesia. A saturated sample technique was used in this research. Method of data collection by using questionnaires was administered via google-form to respondents. A path analysis approach was used in this research by Structural Equation Model-Partial Least (SEM-PLS). Data were analyzed by using SmartPLS version 3.0 software for Windows. The results of study showed that compensation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have negative and significant effects on employee turnover intention. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Compensation and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Divisi Produkis PT Mecosin Indonesia. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kausalitas. Penelitian ini menggunkan sampel jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan analisis jalur digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data dianalisis dengan bantuan software Smart-PLS versi 3.0 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif namun signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan.
