Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Employee Engagement and Work Stress on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention at PT.Uniair Indotama Cargo Teluk Naga branch, Tangerang area. This research was conducted by distributing 50 respondents who are staff level at PT.Uniair Indotama Cargo Teluk Naga branch in Tangerang area using a quantitative descriptive approach. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS 3.3.2 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Keyword : Employee Engangement, Work Stress, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Employee Engangement dan Work Stress Terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention di PT.Uniair Indotama Cargo cabang Teluk Naga wilayah Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan 50 responden yang merupakan level staff di PT.Uniair Indotama Cargo cabang Teluk Naga wilayah Tangerang dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.3.2. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Employee Engangement memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, Work Stress memiliki efek negatif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, Employee Engangement memiliki efek negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Work Stress memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dan Job Satisfaction memiliki efek negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.
