Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. Respondents in this study were employees PT. Janji Jiwa Group. This research was conducted on 55 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with data processing tools using PLS (Partial Least Square) through the Smart PLS 3 statistical software. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Janji Jiwa Group. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Janji Jiwa Group. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 55 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovindengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat pengolahan data menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan di PT.
