Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing work engagement on organizational commitment in students regular 2 x university. Using the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) measurement tools. Using a quantitative approach. The number of qualified respondents is 152 regular students, 2 universities x. The results showed that there was an effect of work engagement on organizational commitment in students regular 2 x university. Keywords: work engagement, commitment organization, student Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh keterikatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada mahasiswa reguler 2 universitas x. Menggunakan alat ukur Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) dan Organisational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah responden yang terkualifikasi sebanyak 152 mahasiswa reguler 2 universitas x.
