Abstract
PT DCI is one of the delivery of developments or the results of activities or the provision of information regarding all matters related to the duties and functions to the higher supervisor. PT DCI problems are not responsive to customers, difficulties in finding reports, the data is standard because customers often submit sudden cancellations, inadequate technology the purpose of designing this proposed system is to make it easier to process reporting data, create weekly reports, search for results data execution, as well as reminder in the form of notifications received by email by employees who are executing project data, in conducting this research the system development method is used prototype where the tools used are use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequences diagrams, class diagrams. While the implementation and software that supports using the programming language. Keywords : UML concept, MySQL, fishbone, prototype PT DCI salah satu penyampaian perkembangan atau hasil kegiatan atau pemberian keterangan mengenai segala hal yang bertalian dengan tugas dan fungsi-fungsi kepada atasan yang lebih tinggi. Permasalahan PT DCI ini kurang tanggap dengan pelanggan, kesulitan mencari laporan, datanya standar karena customer sering mengajukan pembatalan secara mendadak, teknologi yang kurang tepat. tujuan dari perancangan sistem usulan ini adalah agar mempermudah dalam pengolahan data pelaporan, pembuatan weekly report, pencarian data hasil eksekusi, serta pemberian reminder berupa notifikasi yang diterima lewat email oleh karyawan yang sedang melakukan eksekusi data proyek,dalam melakukan penelitian ini metode pengembangan system yang digunakan prototype dimana alat bantu yang digunakan dengan use case diagram, activity diagram, sequen diagram,class diagram. Sedangkan implementasi dan perangkat lunak yang mendukung menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman. Kata Kunci: konsep UML, MySQL, metode fishbone, metode prototype
