Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of compensation, workload and job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions at PT XYZ. Research data is data collected from interviews, questionnaires and supporting data from PT XYZ for 3 consecutive years from 2017 to 2019. The sampling method used is the saturation sampling method. From a population of 125 people, the sample used was 95 people as well. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed compensation, workload and job satisfaction together (simultaneously) significantly influence turnover intention. Partially shows that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Workload has a negative and significant effect on turnover intentions. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intentions. Keyword: Compensation, Workload, Job Satisfaction Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover karyawan di PT XYZ. Data penelitian merupakan data yang dihimpun dari wawancara, kuesioner dan data penunjang dari HRD PT XYZ selama 3 tahun berturut-turut dari 2017 sampai 2019. Metode sampling yang Digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh. Dari populasi 125 orang, sampel yang digunakan adalah sebesar 95 orang juga. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir, Beban Kerja, Turnover Intention
