Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Motivation, on Employee Performance. The population in this study were employees of the SDI (Survey Drawing Inventory) of PT. Telkom Access Bekasi. The sample used was 55 respondent. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan SDI (Survey Drawing Inventory) PT. Telkom Akses Bekasi. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 55 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjakaryawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan
