Abstract
In this era of globalization, companies are expected to prepare for the rapid development of technology and the automotive industry, because human resources are the main thing in achieving the objectives of an organization. PT Gajah Tunggal, Tbk as one of the companies in Indonesia which is engaged in the tire manufacturing industry. The Building Department is a part of the Organizational Structure of PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk, which is demanded to meet the performance indicators set by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline, self-efficacy and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Building Plant D PT. Gajah Tunggal, Tbk. The research design uses quantitative methods. The population amounted to 203 with a large sample using 134 slovin formula of 134 respondents, processing data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that three (3) variables 'X' had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, namely work discipline, self-efficacy and work environment. However, there are two (2) variables 'X' which need to be improved by the management of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, especially in the Department of Building Plant D, namely the work discipline variable and the self-efficacy variable. Thus it is hoped that management can pay attention to these variables in an effort to improve employee performance to achieve the goals, vision and mission of the organization. Keywords: Work Discipline, Self-Efficacy, Work Environment, Employee Performance Di era globalisasi ini, perusahaan diharapkan bersiap pada perkembangan teknologi dan industri otomotif yang semakin pesat, karena sumber daya manusia adalah hal utama dalam tercapainya tujuan dari suatu organisasi. PT Gajah Tunggal, Tbk sebagai salah satu perusahaan di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur tire (Ban). Departemen Building salah satu bagian di dalam Struktur Organisasi PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk, yang dituntut dapat memenuhi indikator kinerja yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, efikasi diri dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departmen Building Plant D PT. Gajah Tunggal, Tbk. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 203 dengan besarnya sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebesar 134 responden, pengolahan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tiga (3) variabel ‘X’ mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk yaitu disiplin kerja, efikasi diri dan lingkungan kerja. Akan tetapi terdapat dua (2) variabel ‘X’ yang perlu ditingkatkan oleh manajemen PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk khususnya pada Departemen Building Plant D yaitu variable disiplin kerja dan variabel efikasi diri. Dengan demikian diharapkan pihak manajemen dapat memperhatikan variable tersebut dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan, visi dan misi organisasi.
