Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and intrinsic motivation on work discipline with AKHLAK BUMN culture as a moderating variable. Population in this research were 108 employees of the Safety, Risk & Quality Control Unit of KCU Soekarno-Hatta International Airport PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). The sample used is 108 employees. The sampling method uses saturation sampling. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square with Moderating Variables. Based on the results of this study, it can be proven that the work environment has a positive effect on work discipline. intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on work discipline. AKHLAK BUMN culture has a positive effect on work discipline. AKHLAK BUMN culture does not moderate the influence of the work environment on work discipline. AKHLAK BUMN culture moderates the effect of intrinsic motivation on work discipline. Key Words : Work Environment, Intrinsic Motivation, AKHLAK BUMN culture, Work Discipline, Moderation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap disiplin kerja dengan budaya AKHLAK BUMN sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 108 karyawan unit Safety, Risk & Quality Control KCU Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 108 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square dengan Variabel Moderasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja. Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja. Budaya AKHLAK BUMN berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja. Budaya AKHLAK BUMN tidak memoderasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja. Budaya AKHLAK BUMN memoderasi pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap disiplin kerja. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Intrinsik, Budaya AKHLAK BUMN, Disiplin Kerja, Moderasi.
